Due to the lawsuit filed between the Plaintiff, GELECEK VARLIK YÖNETİMİ JOINT STOCK COMPANY, and the Defendant, ABDULLAH SEÇİLMİŞ, regarding the Cancellation of Disposition (Articles 277 and following of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law) currently pending before our Court:
It has been determined by our Court that the address of the Defendant, ABDULLAH SEÇİLMİŞ (Turkish ID No: 16943589892), registered in the MERNIS (Central Civil Registration System), is “London / United Kingdom,” and since no result could be obtained from the attempts to serve documents abroad, it has been decided that the expert report shall be served by public notice.
The subject matter of the case concerns the cancellation of the disposition of the immovable property described as:
Province: İzmir, District: Foça, Neighborhood: Yenifoça, Location: Buruncu, Block: 10695, Parcel: 7, defined as a two-storey house with a garden. A site inspection was conducted at the immovable property on 07/12/2023, and pursuant to the expert report dated 04/03/2025, the full ownership value of the property as of the lawsuit date (26/07/2021) was assessed at 2,600,000.00 TL, and its value as of the transfer date (27/07/2016) was assessed at 995,000.00 TL.
In accordance with Article 281 of the Code of Civil Procedure (HMK), it is hereby publicly announced that if you do not raise any objections to the expert report within two weeks from the date of service, you shall be deemed to have waived your right to object.
